How to view App Restricted websites on Mobile Browser

Recently, we might have noticed that there are few websites like Flipkart who have shut their mobile websites in order to promote their Mobile App. While their apps aren’t very big in size but few people doesn’t prefer installing such apps and would like to browse their websites on mobile browser instead of accessing through their specific apps.

Here is a simple yet useful method to view such websites or any website which although works fine on desktops but forces you to use their app to view their websites on your mobiles.

The method is by simply changing your user agent in mobile browsers. Many browsers provide you an option to view website in “Desktop mode” which actually changes the user agent of the mobile to desktop hence enabling you to view the same desktop website on your mobile device.

Popular browsers like Google Chrome, UC Browser or CM Browser  provide this option. This is a pretty useful thing for browsing websites on mobile just like you see on desktop.
