After Google has announced it’s new tablet under its name titled “Google Nexus 7″, comparisons between the other tablets and Google Nexus 7 has been started. Google Nexus 7 is the first tablet to feature the latest version of Android “Android 4.1 JellyBean”. Google Nexus 7 tablet will be launched in two versions, 8GB and 16GB with the price tag USD $199 and USD $249. We have made a quick comparison between Google Nexus 7 and another similar tablet which also costs $199 named “Amazon Kindle Fire”.
Looking at the comparison above, we can easily notice that Google Nexus 7 is a better tablet than Amazon Kindle Fire as:
- It is available in 16GB version also.
- Has more RAM (1GB) than Kindle Fire (512MB).
- Has a better Quad-Core processor.
- Has a front facing camera.
- Latest Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
- Better Resolution and display quality
Apart from Battery, which is not too less, Google Nexus 7 is a clean winner and seems to be a lot better tablet than Amazon Kindle Fire.
